Sponsorship Donations
New this year, we are introducing two new “Patron” levels.
At the Junior Patron level of $150, you will receive two General Admission tickets, recognition in Spinal Column magazine and on the Derby Day Web site.
At the Patron level of $250, you will receive two General Admission tickets, two event t-shirts, six drawing tickets, and recognition in Spinal Column magazine and on the Derby Day Web site.

Junior Patron - $150
Patron - $250
Silver Cup - $500
Gold Cup - $1,000
Blue Ribbon - $2,500
Platinum - $5,000
Triple Crown - $10,000
Winner’s Circle - $15,000
Presenting - $20,000
For your convenience, you may register to be a Junior Patron, Patron, Silver Cup, Gold Cup, Blue Ribbon, Platinum, Triple Crown, Winner’s Circle or Presenting Sponsor by credit card online. If you are interested in supporting us at a higher level, you may print and fill out a Sponsorship Commitment Form and send it in with your pledge amount or payment.
